Dead wood is full of life! Join Beth Merow of the Connecticut Forest & Park Association to discover how standing dead trees, fallen logs, and brush piles shelter wildlife, nourish soil, and help new plants take root. Discover the beauty and ecological value in what we often clear away and learn fun ways to incorporate more dead wood into your woodland, home landscape and gardens.
